Erie, PA (November 18, 2023) – Twenty-one years ago, a mom had an idea for a new fundraiser to benefit her daughter’s school. That idea, the Ladies Only Luncheon, continues to be a popular holiday tradition today, raising funds for services for children and families at the Barber National Institute including the nationally recognized school of excellence Elizabeth Lee Black School.
