100% Community-based Community Participation Support Services- An alternative to facility-based day services, this service provides opportunities for you to learn more about and become a part of your community. A one-on-one program, 100% Community Participation Support Services allows you the opportunity to explore day activities and become active members of your community in the Pittsburgh region.
You’ll concentrate on a wide array of everyday living skills such as safety, communication, choice, money management, and socialization while working to become more independent in your home and gain connections to your neighborhood.
Unlike other adult day programs, this service is based out of individual's homes and allows greater flexibility and connection to community activities and resources. Many individuals choose to utilize their independence and time outside of the home volunteering at local organizations to not only pursue their personal interests but to also give back to their community.
