Home & Community Habilitation

As an option in our individualized day service programs for adults, Home & Community Habilitation provides individuals with the opportunity to explore daily activities of their choosing and focus on becoming active members of the community in Philadelphia, PA.

As an alternative to traditional facility-based programs and adult training facilities, Home & Community Habilitation is based out of the individual’s home and allow for greater flexibility in exploring their community and reaching their personal goals. Many adults choose to volunteer at various organizations in Philadelphia as a way to not only explore their interests but also as a way to give back to their community.
