Deron Lehman is Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience and skills in administration, HR, policy development, procurement, budgeting, strategic planning, business process design, risk management and assessment. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer with Charities Aid Foundation America. Most of his work experience has been in the nonprofit sector, government, and academic research centers.

Deron has relocated from Washington, D.C. and is excited for the new adventures that will present themselves by being an Erie resident and exploring all the area has to offer. He’s also enthusiastic about learning about our employees and the individuals we support to help increase our positive outcomes and create enhanced opportunities for each of you.
