Employee of the Month November Erie

Congratulations to Rick Schmidt the Erie campus residential employee of the month for November! Rick always goes above and byond to make sure we are taking the best care of our individuals. He's been with Barber many years and shares his experience and knowledge with new employees. Rick also works at a respite home and is always very welcoming to new respite clients and family members. He always is willing to help other homes when needed.
