Employee of the Month May Erie

Jackson has worked in the Small Group Employment program for two years and has shown that he is a natural fit as a job coach. He has become invaluable in his various roles of instructor, mentor and vacuum repair guru. He is always very positive and encouraging to the individuals on his work crew. He leads by example, which benefits from his instruction and coaching. Jackson has not only been a good mentor to our individuals, but also to our new staff. The program has received multiple compliments regarding Jackson's willingness to help, along with the work accomplished by his work crews.
