Employee of the Month June Erie

Mikel's work ethic and can-do attitude are what make her an amazing employee. Her positivity is infectious and rubs off on everyone she's around. Without hesitation, Mikel accepted the responsibility of becoming jitney trained. Her learning this skill would later help her increase productivity. She requested to be med trained so that she would be able to access the community with one of adults on her caseload who has a prescription for an EpiPen.  She's willing to come in early, stay late, help load and unload the box truck, or take a group into the commuity. She happily accepts -usually followed by her now infamous tagline "we'll get it done!".
