Mike is an incredibly valuable member of our team and has made great strides as a Residential Manager. He makes sure the house is thoroughly clean and the staff are just as happy as the residents. Through his ambitious nature and dedication to enriching the lives of the individuals, Mike has proven to be a true role model for other staff. He is extremely reliable, caring and more than deserving of this honor.
