Brittney Heath is a Lead Direct Support Professional in the Residential Community Home service. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the individuals have the best quality of life. She will offer to come in on her days off to make sure appointments are met, the house is in order and to minimize disruptions to their daily schedule. She provides staff stability, training and team building. The individuals adore and love having her in the home. She is extremely caring, empathetic.
