Rapid Response Team

The Rapid Response Team, a new collaboration between the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) and Barber Behavioral Health brings together a cross-sector of early childhood development and behavior experts to address child or classroom behavior challenges before they escalate.

By identifying challenges early on, the Rapid Response Team swiftly intervenes through assessment, short-term support and connection to additional community resources. The goal of the Rapid Response Team is to help your child remain in their childcare setting to ensure a positive environment for your child’s development.

The free program aims to prevent disruptions to your child’s learning and care by addressing behavior challenges early and reducing the expulsion and suspension of children in childcare.
