You can expect prompt and personalized assistance from the Rapid Response Team. They will work closely with you and the childcare setting to assess challenges, develop an action plan, and assist teachers with implementing strategies to support your child.  We can also assist with referrals to additional community resources and supports identified through the assessment process. The goal of the Rapid Response Team is to prevent disruptions to your child’s learning and care. 

If the Rapid Response Team determines that your child's needs cannot be adequately met in their current childcare setting, they will work with you to explore alternative options and help in finding a more suitable environment for your child's development and well-being. 

The duration of support provided by the Rapid Response Team will depend on your child's individual needs and progress. They will work with you and the childcare setting to assess ongoing support requirements and determine the appropriate duration of assistance to ensure your child's continued success and well-being.
